The project program consists of tenant improvement buildouts of existing shell building lease spaces and ground-up buildings. Buildout of individual studios in a salon environment for rent to licensed beauty professionals to operate their own, individual businesses. to include hair, nails, makeup, micro blading, and permanent makeup.
