The Facilities Asset Renewal Program projects include the 229-acre University Park Campus (UPC) just South of Downtown Los Angeles and the 79-acre Health Sciences Campus (HSC) just to the Northeast of Downtown Los Angeles 

Typical project types include improvements and/or replacements of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems as well as building management system controls, roofing repairs and envelope repairs.
