The project is a Mechanical and Electrical (M/E) office and showroom refresh of an existing commercial jewelry retail tenant space within a multi-tenant single story building. The tenant space consists of 11,370 total sqft of offices, conference rooms, showroom, and warehouse. The renovation includes 4,500 sqft of showroom and adjacent offices located in the northeast of the tenant space. Existing use-type of the space to remain and report will be provided for the feasibility of a TI-lite package for MEP code upgrades.
