With 20 years of industry experience, Austin brings a wealth of expertise in business development, organizational leadership, and mechanical engineering. As the Principal and Co-Founder of A3 Engineering, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s vision and growth.

Originally from Kansas, Austin made his way west, ultimately settling in Los Angeles, where he has built an impressive track record in branch office development and fostering a strong team culture. His diverse project portfolio spans K-12 and higher education, high-rise buildings, multi-family developments, and sports and venue markets.

Austin’s passion for engineering and team building extends beyond the workplace to his personal life. He is deeply committed to his daughter and actively participates in Ironman training and competitions.

Despite his busy schedule, Austin finds time to enjoy fine wines, explore the world through travel, and perfect his swing on the golf course.
