The project is a 100% affordable housing project with a new ground-up tower adjacent to an existing mansion. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
