The project is a 100% affordable housing project with a new ground-up tower adjacent to an existing mansion. The new tower will be a six story multifamily apartment building consisting of 83 units. The tower will be built over an existing subterranean parking garage that will undergo structural enhancements. The existing mansion will be an adaptive re-use of the existing 3-story, historically eligible, building that will include 12 atypical units, a lobby, amenity spaces, community room, and supportive and case management programs.
