We look for candidates with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BLUEBEAM is highly valued, along with a solid understanding of MEP systems and design fundamentals.

Yes, we regularly hire entry-level engineers and provide hands-on mentorship to help them grow. While experience is appreciated, a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Our process typically includes:

3. A technical or team interview with one or more engineers or project managers.

Engineers at A3 typically progress from Designer → Engineer → Project Engineer → Project Manager → Principal, with flexibility based on their goals and strengths. We encourage career growth through performance, initiative, and leadership.
