Mental Health Hub (MHH)
The proposed project adjacent to the Mental Health Urgent Care Center in Lancaster, CA, will include two 1-story buildings, each approximately 9,900 SF. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
