As a true California native from the Sacramento area, Justin leads A3’s electrical team with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly – SLO. Since graduation, Justin has been an integral design engineer across a variety of projects, including K-12 renovations, small mixed-use and large fast-paced retail projects. Within the office, Justin thrives in creating a positive work environment with all people through communication, having a positive attitude, and developing personal relationships. He has put this into action by leading office committees, training interns and looking for every opportunity to work on a new project or with a new team. Off the clock, Justin is likely traveling the world and trying diverse and new foods. You might even find him at your local volleyball court, keeping up his skills from his days playing in the Junior National U17 and U18 men’s volleyball competition.
