Drew is a founding partner of A3 with a proven track record of office leadership, culture and team building, and project management. Soon after graduating from Lawrence Technology University in his home state of Michigan with an Architectural Engineering degree, Drew moved to Los Angeles where he expanded his expert skillsets through managing mixed use-and multi-family developments as large as 450+ units across the greater Los Angeles area. In tandem, he also became fluent in MEP design coordination within the 3D realm using Revit for AutoCAD conversion, clash detection, overlay, and many other advanced features. Outside of leading teams and projects, you can likely find Drew exercising his green thumb taking care of his plants and exercising his legs and lungs in a nearby staircase, elevating his fitness with a minimum of 60 floors per day, #takethestairs.
