Through 20 years of industry experience, Austin brings expertise is development of business, organizational leadership, and mechanical engineering acting as the CEO of A3 Engineering. Originating from Kansas, Austin made steps toward the west coast, ultimately landing in Los Angeles with an exceptional record of branch office development and spearheading culture growth within developing teams. He brings a variety of project experience across the K-12, higher education, high-rise, multi-family, and sports and venue markets. His ambitions for engineering and team building expand to other areas of his life, especially his daughter and the world of Ironman training and competition. Through all his passion within the office and physical training, Austin makes room for his fine wines, worldly travels, and swinging for the fences on the golf course.
