The project is a new, ground-up 8-story mixed-use multifamily residential development consisting of 213 residential units, amenity spaces, three individual commercial tenants, and two levels of subterranean parking. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
