Originally from Sisters, Oregon, Ben graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO. With a passion for building and problem-solving, a career in engineering was a natural fit. Over the past five years, Ben has gained valuable experience in the MEP industry and earned a PE in HVAC and Refrigeration.

Outside of work, Ben loves spending time outdoors—whether hiking, skiing, or golfing. A notable achievement includes hiking Mt. Whitney, the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States.

One fun fact: Ben doesn’t drink coffee! If not in engineering, Ben would likely be flying high as a pilot.
