Westside Neighborhood School (WNS)
Conversion of a 90,000 SF office building near Ballona Creek into a K–5 charter school. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical, Electrical design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
