Village School
A3 Engineering is providing MEP design for Village School’s 54,563 SF temporary elementary campus, an office-to-school conversion following the Palisades Fire. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
