Toyon Gardens
This project is a 78-unit, 70,100 SF R-2 affordable housing development located at 3127 W. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical, Plumbing design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. A3 Engineering provided Mechanical and Plumbing (MP) engineering services from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, along with Title 24 energy modeling using the Performance Path.
