A3 Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design services for Torrid retail tenant improvements across multiple U.S. locations, supporting storefronts ranging from 2,500 to 5,000sf. The work focused on reusing existing MEP systems where feasible, with additional peer review and stamping services provided for Canadian locations.
