The Nest

The Nest at Exposition is a new ground-up affordable housing and wellness-focused development featuring a 3-story, 25-unit multifamily residential building on a 34,917 SF site. The 15,069 SF project includes approximately 7,900 SF of residential space and 7,169 SF of back-of-house and common areas. Designed to support community engagement and resident well-being, the development includes a community room, mail room, bicycle parking, common laundry facilities, and on-site support spaces, creating a safe and supportive living environment.
