The Container Yard TI

The project renovates existing one-story entertainment buildings into over 18,900sf of office space, including private offices, workstations, conference rooms, breakrooms, and a 2,000sf mezzanine. It also includes a 2,600sf photo studio. Existing restrooms, site infrastructure, and utilities will remain unchanged.
