The Container Yard TI
The project renovates existing one-story entertainment buildings into over 18,900 SF of office space, including private offices, workstations, conference rooms, breakrooms, and a 2,000 SF mezzanine. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
