This approximately 16,000 SF open-air restaurant project at the 639 LA Peer Building in West Hollywood features a fully enclosed rooftop kitchen and open-air dining areas. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical, Commercial Kitchen design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The scope includes MEP consulting and design services in accordance with the landlord-approved leasing package and tenant programming.
