Superba Lumen

This 15,000sf shell build for a restaurant is a part of a larger mixed use development. A3 Engineering provided MEP design services for the kitchen and dining areas and the scope of work included a building independent HVAC system, Type 1 Cooking Exhaust and makeup air, as well as a polution control unit to control odors from the exhaust. The high end finish in the restaurant included linear slot diffusers for supply throughout as well as
a european lighting design package. A3 Engineering completed this expedited design within the allocated time and has successfully navigated the LA DBS plan check process for restaurants.
