Steelhaus
The project consists of two-story mixed-use container/traditional hybrid construction with a mezzanine level. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
