Perkins Coie TI
The Amherst Perkins Coie Tenant Improvement is a 24,000 SF, $8 million office renovation located on the 10th floor of 1999 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles. A3 Engineering provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the tenant improvement, which includes open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and supporting spaces. Working alongside Perkins & Will and Clune Construction, the project transformed the existing office into a modern, high-performance workplace while leaving the building's core systems unchanged.
