Peace4Kids
This project is a nature retreat for Peace4Kids, a nonprofit serving youth in foster care, located on a 20.2-acre site in Agua Dulce, California. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The team emphasized constructability, field verification, and cross-discipline coordination to minimize conflicts during installation. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
