Park Newport
A comprehensive renovation of a 2,000-unit residential community in Newport Beach, featuring upgraded fitness facilities, leasing offices, and tenant amenities. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework.
