A3 Engineering’s scope of work includes providing a water usage study of the new proposed hotel, Oak Creek Heritage Lodge in Sedona, AZ to review and recommend water saving and sustainability items within the current site program. A3 Engineering delivered Plumbing design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within permitting / plan check constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. A3’s scope of work includes providing this study of current Coconino County code requirements as they pertain to water usage and energy saving measures using LEED as a baseline.
