Meta
This approximately 10,000 SF tenant improvement project at 8600 Melrose in West Hollywood includes gallery space, a sales floor, restrooms, and a mezzanine, to showcase their new venture with Ray-Ban. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
