Korean Airlines Lounge LAX
This project involves the renovation of the existing KAL Premier Passenger Lounge at the Tom Bradley Terminal at LAX. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
