Jenesse Center
This project was a renovation of a Domestic Violence intervention and prevention center whose primary clients were women and children. A3 Engineering delivered Plumbing, Commercial Kitchen design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
