Hawthorne City Hall
This multi-scope project includes a seismic retrofit, renovation, and expansion of a 32,000 SF City Hall, along with a 95,000 SF park. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement, existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
