Hawthorne City Hall

This multi-scope project includes a seismic retrofit, renovation, and expansion of a 32,000sf City Hall, along with a 95,000sf park. The scope also includes adaptive reuse of a 9,700sf Public Hall and a 54,000 sf below-grade parking structure with approximately 170 spaces.
