Guitar Center

A3 Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for several Guitar Center locations ranging from 12,000sf-20,000sf. Key design elements included extensive coordination with landlord provided equipment, acoustically sensitive rooms with consider-ations for adjacent tenants, and numerous lessonrooms with independent control. The sales floor is designed with optimized lighting and flexible power connections throughout for dynamic utilization of the space.
