This project is the expansion and renovation of the Gindi Academy in West Hollywood, California. The scope includes a 60,000sf ground up classroom building and a 35,000sf gymnasium / sports complex. A3 completed the concept package as part of the entitlements with full design scheduled to start in 2027.

This project is the expansion and renovation of the Gindi Academy in West Hollywood, California. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. A3 completed the concept package as part of the entitlements with full design scheduled to start in 2027.
