This Project located at 595 Tahoe Keys Blvd in South Lake Tahoe, CA was a tenant improvment project for a retail space. The renovations included removal of exisitng partions and finishes. A3 engineering provided MEP updates to accomidate a new floating coffee bar, millwork, ceiling tiles, lighting, HVAC diffusers, and upgrades to the existing restroomom area.
