This 2,000sf café and retail space, in Tahoe, CA provides a means of serving high end coffee and the sales of home based coffee brewing. A3 Engineering provided MEP design services for the TI and Restaurant build out. Designed for a heavy snow load this restaurant has added heating capacity for comfort heating in Tahoe’s extreme conditions.
