This 2,000 SF café and retail space, in Tahoe, CA provides a means of serving high end coffee and the sales of home based coffee brewing. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
