Fallbrook Senior Housing
The Fallbrook Assisted Living project involves the conversion of an existing assisted living facility and memory care units into market-rate housing. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Commercial Kitchen design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions, permitting / plan check constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
