Dana Point Hotels
A3 provided a water usage study of the new hotel, Dana House and Surf Lodge located in Dana Point, CA, in response to the California Coastal Commission project. A3 Engineering delivered Plumbing design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within permitting / plan check constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
