Coast Community College Admin Building
This Design Build home renovation of the Coast Community College admin building provides the district with an energy efficient HVAC system. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework.
