This project is a renovation in which a second story will be added to the existing senior center, which is located in the rear parking lot of the City Memorial Center. The existing structure is approximately 9,600sf and the second level addition will add approximately 10,000sf. A3's scope of work included a full scale renovation for HVAC, Lighting, Power, and Plumbing.
