Burbank Studios - Bachelor
The project entails renovating the existing 4th floor to accommodate the relocation of The Bachelor production team. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
