The project is a tenant improvement project at West Edge, a mixed-use commercial retail,
food & beverage, and creative office development at the intersection of Bundy Dr and Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles. The project is approximately 7,500 square foot therapy and wellness club that includes float pods, cryogenic chambers, saunas, therapy spaces, restrooms, laundry, breakroom, and a lobby area.

The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
