The project is a tenant improvement project at West Edge, a mixed-use commercial retail, food & beverage, and creative office development at the intersection of Bundy Dr and Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
