A Sunset Restaurant
This 8,000 SF kitchen and dining area renovation of an existing restaurant was seeking to upgrade the aging MEP utilities and design within the space. A3 Engineering delivered Mechanical, Commercial Kitchen design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within existing conditions constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
