2919 Wilshire
This project is a new ground-up multi-family development with eight stories above grade and four levels of subterranean parking. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
