The project is a new high-rise mixed use multi-family building consisting of 8 floors with 1 level of subterranean parking. A3 Engineering delivered MEP design and coordination, translating the program into permit-ready construction documentation. The work was executed within tenant improvement constraints, with focused field verification and multidisciplinary coordination to reduce RFIs and rework. The resulting systems strategy balanced performance, code compliance, and lifecycle cost while supporting the architectural intent.
