Born in Thailand and raised in the Midwest, Isariya considers Michigan home but currently resides in Tustin, California. She earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Irvine, inspired by her father, a former nuclear power engineer turned project manager, to pursue a career in engineering.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Isariya spent the first 25 years of her career at AECOM, a traditional AE firm, before transitioning to an electrical contractor for the past decade. This shift allowed her to refine her designs and gain valuable insights into the construction side of the industry.

When not at work, Isariya enjoys dualsport riding through local canyons and hills, working on bikes, swimming, and reading. A fun fact? During firearms training for a previous project, she surprised everyone (including herself) by outshooting two ex-Marines. At home, she enjoys the company of her two cats and prefers her coffee as a cold brew with creamer. If not in engineering, she imagines a career involving the great outdoors.
