Connor Sands, PE

Connor Sands is a Lead Electrical Engineer with 8 years of industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, with a focus on power systems. His experience includes behavioral health, laboratory, office renovation, and airport projects, including the Bryn Mawr Behavioral Health Center, J&J Lab Campus Renovation, Merck Office Renovation, and SEA-TAC Airport Expansion.

Connor joined A3 for the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, take ownership of projects, and work alongside several team members he has known throughout his career. He brings a strong electrical engineering background and looks forward to continuing to learn and contribute to A3’s growing team.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys snowboarding, biking, woodworking, traveling, and cars.
