Hailing from Tehran, Iran, Siavosh immigrated to Iowa in 2002 and then moved to California in 2016. Before moving out west, he graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Sales. Siavosh brings to the team a unique perspective and experience from within the AEC industry - 7 years of commercial sales of HVAC systems. After generating millions of dollars in sales through long-term relationships and introducing new products to the market, Siavosh has switched over to the MEP consulting side, a role-reversal from his prior years. With that specific and unique experience and sights, he is looking to continue building industry relationships and help our clients achieve their goals.

 

Outside of A3, you can find Siavosh continuing to expand his investment firm he started with four other partners. Their group includes 70+ investors and a team of advisors to provide capital and expertise for early stage startups across a multitude of industries and markets. And to throw a few fun facts out there about Siavosh: 1) he was a high school football all-conference defensive end, 2) he lived on three different continents by the time he was 8 years old (Asia, Europe, North America), and 3), he has local and regional medals from his Tae Kwon Do days, so look out for those moves!
